Neely Henry is the second lake on the Coosa River and is located in northeast Alabama near Gadsden off I-59. The lake covers 11,235 acres, is 77.6 miles long and has 339 miles of shoreline.

Neely Henry is fed by numerous creeks, with the upper section being riverine.

The lake offers excellent fishing for black bass, bream, crappie, catfish and striped bass.
